The association pozor ART, z. s., ID: 11999021, registered office Jankovcova 1522/53, 170 00 Prague (hereinafter referred to as "the association"), organizes the charity project MAKE ART NOT WAR (hereinafter referred to as "the project").

The purpose of the project is to financially support the SOS Ukraine Public Fundraiser established by People in Need, account number: 0093209320/0300.

Project means the possibility to contribute to the fundraising by purchasing a graphic sheet on the website pozorart.cz (or makeartnotwar.com)

Upon payment of the specified amount, or an additional voluntary contribution, the buyer becomes the owner of the graphic sheet.

Amount means, for the purposes of the Project, the amount the Purchaser is donating to the Red Cross Ukraine Relief Fund.

The amount is 50% of the price of the graphic listed on the website, the remaining amount is equal to the amount of the donation. 

Ordered graphic sheets will be sent by post within 2 months from the date of sending the contribution. The contribution can only be paid by bank transfer via QR code.

Delivery to the designated address is arranged by the association through the Czech Post or another entrepreneur authorized to provide postal or forwarding services.

Returning the graphic sheet in case of a wrong order is not possible. Claims in case of damage to the delivery are made by the buyer directly to the association.  

Upon the buyer's request, the association will issue a donation receipt.

After the end of the project, the amount will be transferred tothe SOS Ukraine Public Fundraiser established by People in Need, account number: 0093209320/0300.

At the same time, the total amount raised will be published.
